Multi-disciplinary, customisable training 

With 30% of the curriculum devoted to human and social sciences and foreign languages, SIGMA Clermont trains engineers of a high scientific level who are open to their world, responsible, curious and highly adaptable so that they can continue to develop throughout their career. 

The school also offers 6 areas of training (3 in the mechanical field and 3 in the chemical field) and 12 specialisations to enhance expertise. Elective courses, covering a wide range of subjects, are taught in the second and third years to open up new perspectives for student engineers and offer them a comprehensive, tailor-made education.

Constantly upgraded state-of-the-art facilities

With more than 5,600 m² of technology platforms (chemistry, mechanics and the process engineering hall on the Polytech Clermont premises) as well as a FabLab, SIGMA Clermont gives its students the opportunity to learn and practise using state-of-the-art equipment, similar to that used in industry.
