At the Université Clermont Auvergne, there are many facilities to help students with their health, provide support and find solutions, whatever their situation.
The mission of the University Health Service is to monitor the health of the student population, carry out preventive actions and offer support to students who need it. The SSU is available all year round and student health advisers meet SIGMA Clermont students on the day of the associations forum to raise awareness.
Good to know
At SIGMA Clermont, the student life adviser is a valuable point of contact for students in difficulty. They can contact them throughout the year to discuss their problems.
All SIGMA Clermont buildings and facilities are accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). Are you a student with a disability? The University Health Service can help you with your studies.
The University Disability Service (SUH) and the University Health Service (SSU) together form the Student Disability Health Unit (PSHE). The aim is to enable students with disabilities to benefit from comprehensive support, both in terms of organising their studies and examinations and in terms of health and social issues.

More specifically, the University Disability Service offers
How does it work?
When you are off campus, you can continue to enjoy the best possible care thanks to a good complementary health insurance. The best mutual insurance is one that covers all the care you really need: hospitalisation, paramedical fees, specialist doctors (dental, optical), etc. Even if you don't have the resources to pay for an expensive mutual insurance policy, you can still take advantage of complementary health cover. Depending on your income, it can be free of charge, without being inferior to best mutual insurance companies, with costs covered for your doctor, dentist and even physiotherapist, for example.
The mission of the AGEFIPH mission is to promote the professional integration and job retention of disabled people in private companies and in the ordinary working environment.
