SIGMA Clermont is characterized by its close links with the socio-economic world:

• Collaborations with over 250 companies in France and abroad (internships, teaching projects, research projects, etc.).
• Meetings with companies scheduled throughout the year:
  • October: Internship presentations; Site visits (over twenty companies welcome first-year students to visit their factories: Aubert et Duval, Valeo, Euroapi, Safran, PiLeJe, Adisseo, Destaco, Trelleborg, Thea Pharma, Stevia Natura, Clecim, Manitowoc, Somab, CTLpack, Fives, Collins Aerospace, MS, Techni Modul etc.).
  • November: Clermont Auvergne INP engineering school business forum
  • February: Alumni - student-engineer meetings
• The participation of over 120 professionals from the socio-economic world in our courses

We propose several possibilities:

• Publication of your internship offers, professionalization contracts, work-study contracts and job offers to young graduates. You can distribute them via our Job Teaser platform.

Your contributions can be financial and take different forms:

• Payment of your Taxe d'Apprentissage. See our page dedicated to the Taxe d'Apprentissage for more information.
• Financial or material sponsorship. SIGMA Clermont relies on the Clermont Auvergne INP Foundation to collect, process and manage your donations.
• Funding a teaching and research chair. For more details, see our research section.

The Clermont Auvergne INP Foundation 

The Clermont Auvergne INP Foundation brings together over 60 companies.

It is chaired by Serge LAFON and managed by Gérard BRUNEL, CEO of the Foundation. It is governed by a 17-member Board of Directors.

The cornerstone of SIGMA Clermont:

• It plays an important role in the governance of the School.
• It makes a major contribution to SIGMA Clermont's strategic orientations.
• Participates in discussions on the School's national and international strategy.
• It contributes to the competitive entrance exams to recruit candidates with the right “engineering profile”.
• It supports student engineers (international mobility, community projects, etc.).

Framework agreements

The framework agreements signed with our partners (listed below) serve to formalize, enrich and develop existing collaborations. Each framework agreement covers the various areas of cooperation established with the partner company, such as internships, projects, company participation in our training courses, presence at major School events, continuing education, services, research, etc. Each agreement is overseen by a steering committee, which conducts an annual assessment and defines objectives for the following year.
